For under 50's & Over 50's with gauze cloth for easier application. Arthritis: Rheumatoid Arthritis - Autoimmune disease. Osteoarthritis - Degenerative joint disease ('Wear & Tear' disease). How to apply & use blend-can be applied 3 to 5 times. 1. 1 x bowl with lukewarm water for Osteoarthritis & cold water for Rheumatoid arthritis. 2. Pour 1 tablespoon of blend into bowl (the oil will float) 3. As the oil floats capture with hand and massage floating droplets into the aching joints. 4. For Rheumatoid arthritis soak gauze cloth into bowl with blend & wring out, spread cloth out & fold to & wrap around aching joints (make sure cloth is moist not dripping) replace cloth when it becomes warm. 5. For Osteoarthritis wrap gauze cloth around aching joint & a towel on top to secure a& keep the warmth in. Leave for half an hour & change cloth when it is cold or when relief is obtained. The reason behind over & under 50's blend: * Over 60's has a heavier carrier oil (peanut oil) for better lubrication of the joints. * Under 60's has a lighter carrier oil (Almond sweet) for younger skin which allows the oil to penetrate easier for lubrication. * Please remember this treatment is a relief only, not a cure. How to apply and use Gout Blend.

Can be applied 3 to 5 times daily. For Gout where the joints are swollen, massage is too painful - soak gauze cloth in 500mls of tepid water with two tablespoons of blend & wrap cloth around swollen joint. When swelling has subsided massaging can then be done but very gentle.
